Systems Engineer – Defence Services

Our client is a subsidiary of a leading engineering, science and technology consultancy. Internationally recognised for their independence and professionalism, they provide naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering and software development to the defence sector. An opportunity has now arisen for a Systems Engineer to join their team.
This role would suit a systems engineer with project management experience looking to deliver engineering success and realise their potential with a leading company.
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering systems engineering projects within the UK MoD defence environment.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Systems engineering experience
- Project management experience
- An HNC/HND or degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a science discipline
- Incorporated or chartered engineering experience
Additionally, as a Systems Engineer, you must be confident, adaptable and resourceful with good presentation and communication skills. Competency using MS Office and Project is also key.
